the rooms were brand-new in general, with the balcony. location: the hotel was just off the centre of fun and beach and restaurants and the bus station and grocery store.

The bed was super comfy, and the room was cozy and squeaky clean. 🛏️

The rooms are cozy and comfy, have hypo-allergenic pillows. A fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk are available. The staff are helpful and friendly, the location is excellent. Walking distance to the hotel there are restaurants and bars.

The owner was super helpful with parking and fixing our car. Our son loved the garden toys. The hosts made us feel at home and even gave us figs. Our stay at Rooms Franica was absolutely phenomenal! The owner, Franica, was not only incredibly helpful and friendly, but she also provided us with fantastic tips about the area. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a fridge. We were pleasantly surprised by the close proximity of the beautiful beaches and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as the convenience of a 10-minute bus ride to the old town. The location was also relatively close to the ferry and main bus station. As if all of that wasn't enough, the older lady at the property even gave us some mouth-watering figs! We were so grateful for the small touches, like being greeted with cold water on arrival. our experience at Rooms Franica was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend it!

The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The towels and sheets were not changed during our stay, and the garbage was not taken out.

They arranged a self, check, in for us, which was a great solution. the room itself was quiet, clean, and equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. Although the location was a bit further, it was still convenient as it only cost us 6 euros for an Uber ride to the old town. for the price, the quality of the room and the service provided by the owners made it more than worth it. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 🌟.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist von schönen Gärten umgeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren weitläufig und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl an asiatischen und westlichen Speisen.
